At Reprah Enterprise LLC, we offer personalized care services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our services also include protective care, which encompasses transporting residents to medical appointments and providing crisis intervention. All services provided by Reprah Enterprise LLC will be delivered by our dedicated administrators or on-site managers. Our exceptional services focus on:
Reprah Enterprise LLC is dedicated to supporting, ensuring, and implementing each resident’s:
- Individual Service Plan (ISP) or other action plans that address the specific medical, physical, behavioral, and social needs of the resident, as well as the required services, supports, care, or treatment;
- Goal outcomes, or what is intended to be accomplished through the provided services, supports, care, or treatment;
- Objectives, or the steps the resident will take to reach the goal;
- Interventions, or the specific services, support, care, or treatment carried out by our staff to achieve the goal, including the responsible staff member’s title and the frequency of the intervention; and
- Indicators that will signal when there is a need to adjust the intensity of services.
The ISP will incorporate both formal (paid) and informal services, support, care, or treatment as needed.
